He has worked as the Associate Producer and Program Coordinator for CEO Eric Williams, for Out of the Box Entertainment and now endeavors to use the resources in his span of control to "telling it like it is". As an entrepreneurs he asks one question; It's time to bring your artistic abilities "Out of the Box". It's time to "be about it and not talk about it!" This is a dream and a vision that IS large enough to leave room for growth and expansion!
What will we take into the new century? "A Vision, A Call, A Divine Destiny". Stop and ponder this thought! A great man has taught us through God's divine revelation that it's the renewing of our mind that will elevate us into new dimensions! Let your mind Lead you into this year? Are you ready to move? Are you healthy? Can you forgive and forge on into the future? Are you ready to believe? All things are possible.
To have "the mind of Christ" is to believe in the absolute accuracy of the Bible, and to use the Scriptures as a weapon when meeting the temptations of Satan-Matthew 4:1-11.
Our minds are a battlefield and there can be great sacrifice and reward. Standing with strength for Godly principles sets a standard and crushes compromise. We are taught believe and live the statement, "Do not be conformed to this world." In 2 Corinthians 6:17 we are instructed to "come out from them, and be separate from them, says the Lord." James 4:4 says, "Whoever wishes to be a friend of the world becomes an enemy of God." And in 1 John 2:15, God says through the Apostle John, "Do not love the world or the things in the world. The love of the Father is not in those who love the world." Where is your mind "leading" you?
We know--that's what happens many times among Christians. We set our standards by what we see in the lives of other people, or by what seems reasonable to the human mind! It gradually leads us farther away from God's perfect standard. We need to "set our lives" apart. We must take on "the mind of Christ"--and make Him our example for He is our model for living and thinking. We must make it our goal to accept His truth, and walk in His way, and surrender to His total will.
Understanding the word "forgive" or "forgiveness" is crucial. It means to dismiss, to acquit, to loose another from a debt or an injustice. It also implies giving up an inward feeling of resentment and anger--and the restoration of a feeling of favor and affection. In some cases forgiveness, may possibly be the launching pad for a "New or Renewed" mind and attitude. Let this mind be in you, let this desire push each of us forward with fervor! Urgently moving each of us to a place of compassion and understanding.
At the heart of Jesus' teaching is the insistence that the human being who will not forgive his fellow human being--will not be forgiven of God! Jesus in essence says, "How dare you ask God to forgive you, when you refuse your forgiveness to a brother?" We cannot measure the debt of gratitude we owe God for the forgiveness of our sins, and thus we must show great mercy to those who sin against us. This is a mind point, can we do it? Yes, if we keep our minds in focused and we have the courage to pursue truth and a heart for integrity.
Our last thought is this, don't let anyone make a world for you, because they will make it too small. Why settle when our Father is one of abundance and infinite resources. This is his standard? If you want more, move and pursue more! Faith without works (labor) is dead! Lead with a new mind forgetting the things behind us in 2006, pressing towards the future in 2007.
We have been taught about this critical skill, "before, you say another word, before you open your mouth to communicate a thought concept or idea-Think! Ponder these thoughts and generalize these visions. Thinking is a mind process and a heart standard for all who dare believe.
